The purposes of the Fund is to operate in pursuance of its investment objectives as set out below in accordance with and subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, provided that the Fund shall not undertake business with the public in the Cayman Islands (other than so far as may be necessary to carry on the activities of the Fund exterior to the Cayman Islands).
